We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and support students in Michigan through teletherapy. This is an exciting opportunity to help students reach their potential while enjoying the flexibility of working from home.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations and assessments for students.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
Provide teletherapy sessions to students using secure and effective digital platforms.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to ensure appropriate goals and interventions are implemented.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and student progress.
Support students in developing their communication skills and assist with behavioral or social-emotional challenges related to speech and language needs.

Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Active licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Michigan or eligibility.
ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred but not required.
Experience with teletherapy is a plus, but not required.
Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a virtual caseload effectively.
Passion for helping students succeed and thrive academically and socially.
