Job Description:
- Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services to students ranging from Kindergarten through 12th grade.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy interventions.
- Assess students needs, create therapeutic plans, and monitor progress to achieve educational and developmental goals.
- Provide support and training to school staff on accommodating students with diverse needs.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, assessments, and progress reports.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in OR
- Experience working with K-12 students in an educational setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with students, parents, and school personnel.
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload and work independently as well as part of a team.
