Blazer Jobs is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to provide exceptional services to students in San Francisco, CA. We collaborate with local schools to offer specialized physical therapy support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of student progress and provided services.
- Provide training and support to school staff and families.
Education, License, and Certification Requirements:
- Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy.
- California Board of Physical Therapy license.
- At least one year of experience in the field.
