BlazerJobs is currently seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a remote, work-from-home position with a school district in Indiana. Responsibilities:
- Provide evaluations, assessments, and diagnoses of speech, voice, language, and hearing impairments.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each students needs.
- Deliver therapy services virtually using teletherapy platforms and digital tools.
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy outcomes.
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support students needs and educational goals.
- Stay updated on the latest practices and technologies in teletherapy.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- State licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Indiana.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred.
- Previous experience working with school-aged children, preferably in a virtual or teletherapy setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with parents, students, and school staff.
- Comfortable with technology to deliver therapy and manage documentation virtually.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Requirements:
- Must be willing to work as an independent contractor and provide your own liability insurance.
- A home computer with high-speed internet.
- Basic tech screening to ensure readiness for teletherapy delivery.
