Blazer Jobs is looking for a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in South Amboy, NJ. Help us support the physical development and rehabilitation of students in our partner schools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of student progress and provided services.
- Provide training and support to school staff and families.
Education, License, and Certification Requirements:
- Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy.
- New Jersey Board of Physical Therapy Examiners license.
- At least one year of experience in the field.
