Blazer Jobs is actively hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based role in Burlington, MA. This role is ideal for a licensed professional passionate about enhancing communication skills in young learners.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support students communication needs.
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
- Provide consultation and training for teachers and parents.
Qualifications:
- License: Current Massachusetts SLP license.
- Certification: Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience as an SLP, preferably in a school or pediatric setting.
- Skills: Excellent diagnostic and communication skills, teamwork, and compassion.
