Seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) for a fulltimeposition. This role involves providing essential services to support the communication needs of high school students.
Responsibilities
- Support the Lead SLP in conducting speech and language therapy sessions
- Implement therapeutic activities to enhance students' communication skills
- Collaborate with educational staff to integrate therapy goals into classroom activities
- Maintain records of therapy sessions and student progress
Requirements
- Associate's degree in a related field (e.g., Speech-Language Pathology Assistant Program); strong preference for candidates with a Bachelors degree
- Valid SLPA license or certification as required by the state
