Blazer Jobs is seeking a School Social Worker for a district-wide role in Red Lion, PA. This full-time position involves working with K-12 students, collaborating with the districts two other social workers, and facilitating outside placements and community referrals.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide social work services across K-12 students within the district.
- Collaborate with two other district social workers on placements and referrals.
- Engage with outside community agencies and services to support students and families.
- Assist in the development and implementation of social work programs to meet student needs.
- Work closely with school staff, parents, and students to address social, emotional, and behavioral concerns.
Qualifications:
- Active School Social Worker certification in Pennsylvania.
- Experience working within K-12 settings preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
