Blazer Jobs seeks an Educational Physical Therapy Clinician to support a school district in San Francisco, CA. This role will focus on helping students achieve physical and motor skill milestones to enhance their school participation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop tailored intervention plans.
- Collaborate with educators and families to support students physical goals.
- Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions for motor skills, strength, and mobility.
- Document student progress and make adjustments to therapy plans as needed.
Requirements:
- Education: Doctorate or Masters degree in Physical Therapy.
- License: Active California PT license.
- Certification: CPR certification preferred.
- Experience: At least 1 year in a school or pediatric setting.
