Job Duties:
- Perform assessments and diagnostics to identify speech and language disorders in students.
- Develop and execute IEPs tailored to individual student needs.
- Deliver speech therapy services in individual and group sessions.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school personnel to support students communication goals.
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of therapy services and student progress.
Qualifications:
- Education: Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- License: Texas SLP license from the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR).
- Certification: Texas Education Agency certification for Speech-Language Pathologists.
- Experience: At least one year of experience in a school or pediatric setting.
