Blazer Jobs is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time onsite position in Columbus, NE. This role involves providing comprehensive speech therapy services to K-12 students, supporting their communication and academic success.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to address students' needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student success.
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in Nebraska required.
- Experience working with school-aged children preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
