Minimum 1+ years occupational therapy experience required.
Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Occupational Therapists (OTs) for a full-time role within school districts in the Shoreview, MN area.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine students occupational therapy needs.
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans and goals.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student development.
- Monitor and document student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
- Provide direct therapy and consultation in the school setting to support student participation in educational activities.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the planning and delivery of services.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current Minnesota licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
- Experience working in a school-based setting preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check in accordance with Minnesota state regulations.
