Key Responsibilities
As a Speech Language Pathologist, your day-to-day will involve a variety of exciting and impactful tasks:

Evaluate & Assess Students:
Perform detailed assessments of speech, language, and communication needs for students across grade levels to determine the appropriate therapy interventions.

Provide Targeted Therapy:
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students, addressing a range of speech and language disorders such as articulation, fluency, and social communication skills.

Collaborate Across Teams:
Work with teachers, special education staff, and parents to design, monitor, and adjust Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), ensuring students receive comprehensive, personalized support.

Track Progress & Outcomes:
Regularly monitor and document the progress of students goals, making modifications to therapy plans as needed to ensure success.
