Position: Full-Time Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Speech-Language Pathologists to deliver effective speech therapy services.
- Assist in the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Provide direct therapy to students in group and individual settings.
- Document student progress and communicate updates with the IEP team.
- Use engaging tools and techniques to support students' communication development.
Qualifications:
- Active SLPA license in California.
- Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
- Minimum one year of experience working as an SLPA in a school or clinical setting.
- Passion for helping children reach their full potential.
