Blazer Jobs is looking for a motivated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our school-based team in Santee, CA. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside skilled professionals and support students in developing communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement therapy plans created by a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
- Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings.
- Document and report on student progress.
- Collaborate with the SLP and school staff to ensure therapy aligns with educational goals.
Qualifications:
- Associates or Bachelors degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistance.
- California state SLPA license.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a school or pediatric setting.
