Blazer Jobs is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our partner school in Lynn, MA. The ideal candidate will work closely with Speech-Language Pathologists to support students with communication disorders, offering essential speech and language services.
Job Duties:
- Implement speech therapy programs as directed by licensed SLP
- Document student progress and report to supervising SLPs
- Provide individual and small-group interventions to support IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to promote communication strategies
- Attend and participate in IEP meetings when required
Requirements:
- Education: Associates degree in SLPA program or equivalent
- Licensure: Current MA SLPA license
- Experience: At least one year in a school or pediatric setting
