Blazer Jobs is seeking a dedicated and experienced School-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a remote school-based team in New Oxford, PA. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with students in a virtual setting, providing high-quality therapy and support for a diverse range of speech and language disorders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to students via teletherapy.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and track student progress.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to develop strategies to improve student outcomes.
- Conduct speech and language assessments to identify students' needs.
- Provide direct therapy sessions and create individualized learning plans.
Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Pennsylvania SLP License required.
- Must have ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP).
- Minimum of one year of experience working in a school-based setting.
- Experience with teletherapy is preferred but not required.
