Blazer Jobs is actively seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a school-based team in Soldotna, Alaska. This position is an excellent opportunity for SLPs eager to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify communication disorders in students.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Provide speech and language therapy to students individually or in groups.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student success.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress.
Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Current Alaska state SLP license.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred.
- At least 1 year of school or pediatric experience required.
