This position will primarily support K-12 students and is expected to start part-time, with the potential to transition to full-time. The Education Professionalwill be responsible for providing social work services to students across three school buildings.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide social work services to K-12 students, focusing on their emotional and behavioral needs.
- Collaborate with school staff and families to support student success.
- Conduct assessments and develop intervention strategies for students.
- Facilitate connections to community resources and support services.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to student services.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Social Worker in Michigan.
- Experience in a school setting is preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish is required.
