We are looking for a School Social Worker in Anoka, MN to support students' social and emotional needs, working collaboratively with educators and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group counseling.
- Develop intervention strategies and support plans.
- Connect families with community resources.
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in Social Work.
- Minnesota School Social Worker License.
- At least 1 year of experience in a school setting.
- Strong interpersonal and counseling skills.
