Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.
Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a full-time role within school districts in the Espanola, NM area.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and identify students speech and language needs through evaluations and observations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals.
- Provide direct therapy services and consult with educators and parents to ensure consistent support.
- Track student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
- Support compliance with state and federal special education regulations.
Requirements:
- A Masters degree in speech-language pathology from an accredited institution.
- A valid New Mexico SLP license issued by the New Mexico Speech-Language Pathology, Audiology, and Hearing Aid Dispensing Practices Board.
- A New Mexico Public Education Department (PED) license to provide services in schools.
- School-based experience is preferred.
