Blazer Jobs is seeking a dedicated Bilingual School Social Worker to support elementary students in Evanston, IL. This full-time, onsite role involves providing specialized social work services to a diverse student population.
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver social work services to support students' academic and emotional well-being.
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to address students' needs.
- Assist in the development and implementation of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
- Provide crisis intervention and counseling services as needed.
- Maintain compliance with state and district policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Active Illinois LBS1 license with School Social Worker Endorsement.
- Bilingual proficiency required (English/Spanish preferred).
- Experience working with elementary-aged students is preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
