Blazer Jobs is seeking a compassionate School Social Worker to support K3rd grade students in Posen, IL. This full-time position focuses on providing social and emotional support to young learners in a small caseload setting.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide social work services to support the social and emotional development of students.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to address students' needs and remove barriers to learning.
- Conduct assessments and implement interventions to support students' well-being.
- Assist in the development of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) as needed.
- Maintain compliance with school and state regulations.
Qualifications:
- Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Social Worker Endorsement.
- Experience working with elementary-aged students is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
