Blazer Jobs is searching for an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to take on a part-time role in Bensenville, Illinois, supervising a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA). This opportunity is ideal for SLPs with leadership skills and a passion for mentoring.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and guide the work of a licensed SLPA.
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for students.
- Provide direct and indirect speech therapy services.
- Ensure compliance with state and district regulations.
- Maintain documentation of therapy services and student progress.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Illinois state SLP license.
- Experience supervising SLPAs preferred.
- CCC certification from ASHA.
- Minimum of one year of experience in schools or pediatrics.
