Blazer Jobs is partnering with local school districts to find a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will work with students to support their developmental and educational needs, helping them achieve success both in and out of the classroom.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations of students' needs.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address motor, sensory, and functional needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure effective therapy integration.
- Monitor and track progress, adjusting plans as necessary to support each student's development.
- Provide guidance and support to staff on therapy interventions and strategies.
Job Requirements:
- Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
- Experience working with children or within a school setting preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and maintain professionalism.
- Professional references required.
