Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct psychological assessments to identify learning disabilities and special education needs.
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to create and implement IEPs and 504 Plans.
- Provide individual counseling to help students navigate academic and emotional challenges.
- Develop and monitor intervention plans tailored to student needs.
- Act as a resource for crisis intervention and student mental health support.

Qualifications
- Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology & a valid state School Psychologist license.
- Expertise in psychological evaluations, assessments, and data-driven interventions.
- Familiarity with IEP and 504 Plan processes, and experience with Response to Intervention (RTI).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with students, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.
