Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments to identify students academic, emotional, and behavioral needs.
- Work with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop tailored IEPs and 504 Plans.
- Provide group and individual counseling for students navigating academic or emotional challenges.
- Implement crisis intervention strategies and support as needed.
- Promote a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.

Qualifications
- Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology & a valid state School Psychologist license.
- Expertise in psychological evaluations, assessments, and data-driven interventions.
- Familiarity with IEP and 504 Plan processes, and experience with Response to Intervention (RTI).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with students, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.
