Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Evaluate and address students' academic, behavioral, and emotional needs through assessments.
- Provide individual and group counseling for students facing challenges.
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to develop and implement IEPs and 504 Plans.
- Offer crisis intervention and immediate support to students and staff.
- Work with educators to create strategies for promoting student mental health and success.

Qualifications
- Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology & a valid state School Psychologist license.
- Expertise in psychological evaluations, assessments, and data-driven interventions.
- Familiarity with IEP and 504 Plan processes, and experience with Response to Intervention (RTI).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with students, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.
