Job Responsibilities:
- Provide general school social work services to a caseload of 1520 early childhood students.
- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to address students' social and emotional needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student well-being and academic success.
- Develop and implement intervention strategies tailored to individual student needs.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with school and state regulations.
Qualifications:
- Active School Social Worker certification (or eligibility) in Connecticut.
- Experience working with early childhood students is preferred.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
