Blazer Jobs is looking for a skilled School Social Worker to join our team in Red Lion, PA. Help us support the social and emotional development of students in our partner schools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group counseling to address students social, emotional, and behavioral challenges.
- Develop and implement individualized support plans.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to create a supportive educational environment.
- Advocate for students needs within the school and community.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of services provided.
Education, License, and Certification Requirements:
- Masters degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
- Pennsylvania School Social Worker certification.
- Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) preferred.
- At least one year of experience in the field.
