Blazer Jobs is excited to partner with a school district in San Bernardino, CA, to fill a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated SLP to work in a supportive and dynamic educational environment, helping students achieve their communication goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to students with diverse needs
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy plans
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement strategies for improving communication skills
- Support students in achieving academic and behavioral goals related to speech and language development
- Maintain detailed documentation of therapy sessions and student progress
Qualifications:
- At least one year of experience as an SLP in an educational setting
- Must meet all federal and state requirements for licensing and certifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with students, teachers, and parents
- A passion for supporting students and making a positive impact on their communication skills
Compensation:
- Starting pay is $50/hour, with the potential for more based on experience
