Position Overview:
- Location: Granite Falls, WA
- Full-Time, Contract Role
- Competitive Hourly Rate: $35 - $42 per hour (based on experience)
- Immediate Start Available
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide speech and language therapy to students
- Deliver therapy in both one-on-one and small group settings, focusing on individual needs
- Implement and track progress of therapy plans designed for students
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and communicate updates to teachers, parents, and the SLP
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to create a positive and supportive learning environment for students
Required Qualifications:
- Active SLPA Certification in Washington State
- Completion of an accredited SLPA program
- Ability to pass all required school district background checks
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience in school settings is preferred, but not required
