Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (Elementary School)
Hours/Week: 40
Contract Dates: ASAP - June 2025
Location: Elementary School in Vermont (VT)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders based on Individualized Educational Plans (IEP).
- Develop and implement therapy plans tailored to each student's specific needs.
- Provide instruction and support in the use of augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) systems as needed.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and IEP documentation.
License Requirements:
- A valid Vermont Teaching License with an endorsement as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Licensure with the Vermont Secretary of State as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
