We are looking to hire a Speech Language Pathologist to provide services to our students till the end of the school year. Please see details below:
Location: Cheney, Washington
Role Description: As an SLP, you will work with one elementary school with students who have speech, language, & cognitive disorders. You will conduct assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide therapy to help clients enhance their development and communication.
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess clients' speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities
- Create individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, establishing specific goals for each client
- Deliver therapy and interventions to address speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Valid Washington state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP (requirements include completion of a clinical fellowship and passing the national Praxis examination)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
