Blazer Jobs is looking for full-time SLPAs to work in school districts in the Deland, FL area.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver therapy sessions based on IEP goals under the supervision of a licensed SLP.
- Assist in evaluating students communication abilities.
- Document progress and ensure compliance with student IEPs.
- Participate in meetings and collaborate with school staff and families.
Requirements:
- Completion of an SLPA program or an associates degree in speech-language pathology.
- Active SLPA license issued by the Florida Department of Health.
- Experience in a school setting is highly desirable.
- Ability to pass a Florida state background check.
