Blazer Jobs is hiring an experienced School-based Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide therapeutic services to students in Columbia, SC. The OT will focus on enhancing students physical, sensory, and motor skills to support their educational goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate students functional needs within the educational setting.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals.

Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to promote student success.

Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans as necessary.

Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to state and federal guidelines.
Qualifications:

Masters degree in Occupational Therapy.

Current South Carolina state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.

A minimum of one year of experience in a school-based or pediatric setting.

Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
