Psychologist - Full-Time, Onsite (Willimantic, CT)
Blazer Jobs, in partnership with a local school district, is seeking a dedicated Psychologist for a full-time, onsite position for the current school year. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive school environment, helping students from kindergarten to age 21.
Position Overview:
- Caseload: Comfortable working with an adult caseload (K-21)
- Daily Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations
- Provide counseling and mental health support to students
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other school staff to address student needs
- Develop and implement behavior management plans
- Attend IEP meetings and assist in special education planning
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or related field
- DOE Certification
- Special Education Certification
- Comfortable working with diverse age groups (K-21)
