Blazer Jobs is seeking two in-person Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for school-based roles in Lynn, MA. These positions involve providing speech-language services to students and overseeing SLPA activities to ensure high-quality support for student communication needs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise up to 3 SLPAs, ensuring compliance with professional standards and practices.
- Conduct speech and language evaluations to determine student needs.
- Develop and participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and planning.
- Provide direct therapy services and case management for assigned students.
- Perform classroom observations to monitor student progress and recommend interventions.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid Massachusetts SLP license.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a practicing SLP.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a school setting.
- Must be available for in-person services only.
