Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join a school-based team in Cleveland, OH, for the 2025 Spring Semester. This is a per diem role with a start date as soon as possible and a contract end date of May 23, 2025.
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Physical Therapy
- Valid Ohio Physical Therapy License
- ODEW Physical Therapy Registration or License
Job Details:
- Location: Onsite in Cleveland, OH
- Schedule: Per Diem, during the 2024/2025 school year
- Contract Duration: Start ASAP, End Date: May 23, 2025
Caseload & Responsibilities:
- Caseload: K-12 students
- Develop individualized therapy plans based on thorough assessments
- Collaborate with Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and fellow Physical Therapists to ensure high-quality care
- Maintain and document accurate student records
- Conduct 29 evaluations during the school year
- No direct therapy minutes required
