Job Duties
- Provide therapy services tailored to enhance fine motor, sensory integration, and functional skills.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Conduct assessments to identify students therapy needs and monitor progress.
- Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional recommendations.
Qualifications (Kansas)
- Masters degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Active Kansas state Occupational Therapy license.
- NBCOT certification.
- Experience working with children in a school or pediatric setting (minimum 1 year).
- Knowledge of IEP processes and special education services.
