Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual evaluations and assessments to identify speech and language needs of students.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs).
- Provide engaging virtual speech and language therapy sessions tailored to individual student needs.
- Maintain detailed and compliant documentation of therapy sessions and progress.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to ensure comprehensive support for each student.
- Use technology effectively to deliver high-quality services and track outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Active Kansas Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA (required).
- Previous experience in schools or working with children (preferred).
- Proficiency in virtual platforms and tools for teletherapy.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
