Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and other school staff to identify and address students' needs. Develop and implement comprehensive school counseling programs that promote students' academic, personal, and social development, ensuring a safe and supportive school environment.
- Provide individual and group counseling to students to address academic, career, personal, and social challenges. Help students develop coping strategies, decision-making skills, and resilience to navigate their school experience successfully.
- Typically work alongside School Psychologists
