Blazer Jobs is seeking a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based role in Granite Falls, MN. This position involves providing therapy services to elementary and middle school students, supporting their communication and language development.
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services to students across assigned caseloads.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Collaborate with school staff and families to monitor and support student progress.
- Maintain documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active SLP license in Minnesota (Level 2, 3, or 4).
- Previous experience in school settings is preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
