Blazer Jobs is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for an onsite position in Kent, WA. This full-time role involves working with K-12 students, including those requiring support with augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) devices.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Provide direct therapy services to students in compliance with IEP goals.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support staff.
- Document student progress and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.
Qualifications:
- Valid Washington ESA certification.
- Prior school-based SLP experience required.
- Proficiency with AAC devices.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Compensation:
