Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations to determine students needs.

- Provide direct counseling services to students, focusing on problem-solving, coping strategies, and emotional regulation.
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to create supportive learning environments.
- Participate in the development and execution of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and 504 Plans.
- Deliver crisis intervention and support as needed.
- Offer guidance and training to school staff on behavioral strategies and mental health awareness.
- Maintain detailed documentation to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
Qualifications:
- Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology (required).
- Valid Pennsylvania School Psychologist certification (required).
- Familiarity with local, state, and federal education regulations.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in educational and psychological testing, behavior management, and intervention development.
- Previous experience in school-based settings (preferred).
