Blazerworks has partnered with a school district in Atchison, KS, to hire a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a fully remote, full-time position for the 2024-2025 school year. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with students in need of speech and language support while enjoying the flexibility of remote work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to students with various communication disorders
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and document student progress
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to ensure optimal support for students
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for student interventions
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in speech-language pathology
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure and certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Previous experience in a school setting is preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
