Position: Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP)
Type: Part-Time

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech and Language Pathologist to join our team to support middle school students in grades 6-8. This part-time position involves working with a caseload of approximately 30 students, providing high-quality speech and language therapy services.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate students' speech, language, and communication needs.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in collaboration with educators, parents, and other stakeholders.
- Provide direct therapy sessions tailored to meet the needs of each student.
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to create strategies that support communication in the classroom.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and IEP reports.
- Stay informed on best practices and evidence-based techniques for speech and language therapy.
Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in the state of Illinois.
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience working with middle school students is preferred.
