Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our educational team for the remainder of the academic year. This position involves working with K-12 students to assess, diagnose, and provide interventions for speech, language, and communication disorders. The ideal candidate will collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support students' academic success and personal development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication challenges in K-12 students.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and intervention plans.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to create supportive learning environments.
- Provide therapy sessions tailored to students' individual needs.
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records and comply with state and district guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
- Valid state licensure/certification to practice as an SLP in Minnesota.
- Experience working with school-aged children is preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
