Key Responsibilities:

Assess students' social, emotional, and behavioral needs.

Provide individual and group counseling sessions.

Collaborate with teachers, families, and outside resources to support student well-being.

Develop and implement intervention plans to address behavioral challenges.

Ensure compliance with Colorado state and federal regulations.
Qualifications:

Masters degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field.

Active Colorado Social Worker License (LSW or LCSW).

Minimum of one year of experience in a school-based role.

Strong counseling and communication skills.
