Position Overview:
We are seeking a licensed and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time remote position in Minnesota. In this role, you will provide virtual speech therapy services to students with special education needs, helping them develop their communication skills and achieve their educational goals.
Requirements:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in the state of Minnesota.
- All local and state certification requirements must be met.
- Experience with teletherapy and proficiency in various remote teaching platforms and technology.
- Strong communication and organizational skills to collaborate with students, families, and school staff.
- Experience with developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide remote speech-language therapy to special education students.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and IEP goals.
- Monitor and assess student progress, making necessary adjustments to therapy plans.
- Document student progress and maintain accurate therapy records.
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students.
